We don't expect you to decide whether it belongs in your life from a product photo or five minutes after opening the box.
Receive it. Charge it. Switch it on and play. Work through the systems, find the games you'd forgotten existed, and give yourself time to decide whether ROKKO is right for you.
If it isn't, let us know within 100 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase in accordance with the terms below.

Tell us you'd like to use your 100-day guarantee.
Our customer care team will reply with the return instructions for your ROKKO ONE.
Once your eligible return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
That's it.
If you'd like to tell us why ROKKO wasn't right for you, we genuinely appreciate the feedback, but you don't need to justify your decision.
A few things worth knowing
Start with the manual.
ROKKO ONE isn't a phone and it isn't a modern console. Take a few minutes with the printed guide to learn the button layout, how to move between systems and how the save states work before your first long session.
Charge it fully first.
Give it a full charge out of the box using the USB-C cable supplied. Any standard phone charger or laptop port will do. It doesn't need a fast charger and it doesn't need a dock.
Leave the card where it is.
The MicroSD card arrives in the slot with the operating system and your games already on it. Don't remove it while the console is switched on, and keep the slot clear of dust and pocket lint. If you ever want to swap it out, power down first.
Leave the screen protector on.
It's fitted before the console is boxed. It's there to take the scratches that a jacket pocket and a set of keys will throw at it.
Give it a fair run.
The purpose of the guarantee is to give you enough time to work through the systems, find your games and decide whether ROKKO fits into your life, without feeling as though you had to make that decision the moment the parcel arrived.
Take breaks.
Long sessions on a small screen are hard on your eyes and your hands. Put it down every so often, and stop if you notice strain or discomfort.
When your 100 days begin
Your 100-day period begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date you placed your order.
If shipping takes a week, that week does not come out of your guarantee.
One guarantee per customer
The 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee is limited to one qualifying refund per customer and applies only to eligible ROKKO ONE orders purchased directly through playtherokko.com.
Orders purchased from another retailer or third-party marketplace are subject to that retailer's own return policy.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
